In accordance with new UK legislation, you can now bring your old computer
or other computer related electrical device to us when you buy a new one.
We will then dispose of it in an environmentally safe and responsible
manor at no cost to you.
If you are purchasing in store, just bring your old device with you.
If your new item is being delivered directly by our staff, just have
your old one ready for us to collect.
If your new item is being delivered by standard post or courier, you
can return your old item to us within 28 days of purchase with your receipt.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the item is presented in
a safe way (ie no sharp edges or broken glass etc.). We reserve the right
to refuse to take your old device if it is not presented in a safe condition.
In the case of computers, it is your responsibility to make sure personal
data has been removed. We can do this for you for a small fee.
