We can usually recover data if...

  • You've accidentally deleted a file
  • Your computer has crashed and you need to get the data off
  • You've accidentally formatted your hard drive

Please note that it is not always possible to recover all (or any) of your data. We can not guarantee to get the data you want, however a charge is still made. We do however have around a 90% success rate.

Booking We do not take bookings for in-store data recovery. Please bring your computer (or just the hard drive) into the shop any time during working hours. Phone us on 01653 694500 to check the how long the wait is (normally around 1-2 days).
