Hardware Installs

On-site hardware installs We offer an onsite service to your home or business to fix most computer problems. Some however do need to be returned to our workshop. Standard rates apply anywhere within 20 miles of Malton.

Domestic	£35.00 per hour

Business	£40.00 per hour (excluding VAT)

Install new broadband (domestic)	£40.00

Booking	Please phone us on 01653 694500 to book an appointment for an engineer to visit your home or business. Visits can be 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday for domestic and 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday for Businesses.


In-store hardware installes You're welcome to bring your computer to our shop in Malton to have your hardware installed.

Expansion card (PCI, PCI Express, AGP) Memory CD or DVD Drive	£20.00 if not purchased from Computer FX £10.00 if purchased from Computer FX

Power Supply Unit	£25.00

Additional Hard Drive	£25.00

Replacement Hard Drive (reinstall)	£39.95

Booking	We do not take bookings for in-store installes. We will always try to install items like expansion cards and memory while you wait but other items may take longer. Please bring your computer into the shop any time during working hours.

Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated.

Onsite visits are priced within 25 miles of our Malton shop. Outside this is charged at 50p per mile.
