• Your computer crashes or re-starts in the middle of work
• Your computer is generally slower than you'd like

What's you need to bring (or have ready to collect)...

• Your computer base unit (or laptop)
• Any discs you have for your computer
• Any passwords for Windows or email accounts you'd like re-setting up.

We don't need any cables (apart from the power cable if it's a laptop), or monitor, keyboard, mouse etc. If you're not sure or you're missing discs etc, please phone us on 01653 694500.

Please note that as part of a service all data will be removed from your hard drive. We offer a data backup service (see prices below), however we do not accept any responsibility for loss of data.

On-site Servicing

We do not offer servicing on-site, however can collect and return your PC.

In-store Servicing

You're welcome to bring your computer to our shop in Malton for a service.
